Over the years, Iโve seen the same pattern repeat itself.
People start businesses.
They struggle.
They fail once or twice.
They quit.
They go back to a โnormalโ life.
Same with investing.
Same with trading.
Same with anything worth doing.
And a lot of this comes from the generation we live in.
This society glorifies cheap dopamine and instant gratification.
Everything has to work fast.
Everything has to feel good immediately.
They want insane results instantly.
But thatโs not how any life-changing path works.
If you look at history, or if you talk to the most successful people you know, youโll realize something very simple:
They failed more times than most people ever tried.
Iโm not trying to motivate anyone.
Iโm just stating reality.
Instant gratification is the root cause of most failures you see around you.
But thereโs another problem, maybe an even bigger one.
Most people are trying to make things work for the wrong reasons (aka average IG lifestyle guru).
If you want to make money just to buy watches, fast cars, and impress people you donโt even likeโฆ
At the first real struggle, youโre done.
Your vision isnโt deep enough.
Your motivation isnโt strong enough.
At some point youโll ask yourself:
โWhy the fuck am I struggling this much?โ
โFor what?โ
โFor a car?โ
โFor a watch?โ
And mediocrity will suddenly feel very comfortable and almost a no-brainer.
On the other hand, the people who actually make it all have something in common:
They have big goals.
Not surface-level goals.
Not Instagram goals.
Real ones.
For me, itโs simple.
I want to be free and live life on my own terms.
I want my mom and brother to never worry about money and experience the finest things in life.
And I want to become the best version of myself so I can take care of my future family the right way.
So when things get hard (and they do get hard all the time, itโs just how life works), when Iโm tired, frustrated, close to giving upโฆ
I pause.
I breathe.
I think about those goals.
And every single time, I get goosebumps.
Thatโs what keeps me going.
Because those goals arenโt optional.
Theyโre non-negotiable.
For me, itโs not โnice if it happens.โ
Itโs โit has to happen.โ
Failing isnโt an option, otherwise I wouldnโt be able to look at myself in the mirror.
And that gives you a level of stamina most people donโt have.
Because youโre not only doing it for yourself.
Youโre doing it for people you love.
People you care about.
Thatโs extra strength.
And make no mistake; whether you want to be an entrepreneur, an investor, or a traderโฆ
You will go through a fuckton of hardship before things work.
If your mindset isnโt right, you wonโt survive that phase.
So make this a priority going into 2026:
Sit down.
Write down real goals.
And yes, you can have material goals too.
โI want a Rolex.โ
โI want a nice car.โ
Thatโs fine.
Just donโt build your entire life around shallow goals.
Dig deeper.
Because only when you dig deeper you tap into real strength.
And thatโs what separates the ones who make it from the ones who disappear along the way.
Wish you a wonderful Sunday.
