We get calls from HDFC
Bajaj Finance etc pestering us and this is very troublesome when we are seeing patients who are sick and people may see ignore the unknown callers but many times it's a desperate patients trying to reach me for help and I can't afford to keep my phone in silence
Before advent of mobile phones answering machine would help me to get back to the patients and I used to take the cordless phone to the bathroom while having bath not to miss any patients calls now am an old man and have many bright young colleagues who take the calls and help me but it's the scam calls by HDFC imposters ( that is what HDFC says) which is killing us.
I wish I could get the HDFC chairman s mobile number so I can request my hospital marketing team to keep calling him or her at midnight asking if the chairperson wants dialysis or Kidney Transplant!!
