Why is $BTC dumping?
This is the result of a combination of many factors:
DeepSeek, Trump Hype, Exchange Dumps and much more.

What happened?
➔ This big correction left many wondering if we’re near the TOP
➔ While corrections like this are normal, But this time reason is different.
Here’s what caused it:
Reason 1: DeepSeek AI’s Impact
➔ A Chinese AI company, DeepSeek, beat OpenAI with a cheaper, faster AI model.
➔ This shook markets, dragging Nvidia stock and the US financial market down - including Bitcoin.
An AI company affecting Bitcoin?
Yeah, That’s True.
Reason 2: Exchange Liquidation
➔ Exchanges like Bybit, Coinbase, and Binance sold large amounts of Bitcoin to market maker Wintermute.
➔ Why? To liquidate high-leverage traders, buy BTC/ ALTCOINS cheaper and pump them later.
Whales shaking weak hands happens every cycle.
Reason 3: Trump Hype & Retail FOMO
➔ The market turned bullish due to Trump’s inauguration, but retail FOMO always triggers corrections.
➔ Big players take advantage of overbuying by retail investors, dump and buy back lower.
Does this always happen?
Yes. Every hype is followed by a correction.
Examples:
➔ 2019: China backs crypto → BTC drops ~52%.
➔ 2020: Tesla buys BTC → BTC drops ~53%.
➔2022: El Salvador legalizes Bitcoin → BTC drops ~60%.
➔2024: BlackRock ETF hype → BTC drops ~25%.
➔ Now in 2025: Trump hype → BTC drops ~8% so far.
Corrections of 25%-60% are normal, but BTC always bounces back stronger.
