@samspurlin Folks assume organization = centralization. I would argue that organization manages scale, while HOW people make decisions determines “centralization”.

I believe it’s possible to have organization with decentralized decision-making.

At which point expect a potential exodus of web2 talent to web3, especially since folks can receive token incentives at a lower price / higher upside.
