Not everyone has a phone number or ID right beside them.

@asimo3089 The need for phone verification / id number for trading is a good idea in theory but the execution could have some adjustments. Many countries don't allow phone number verification and the players don't have ids to verify, so it would be great if options to verify were extended.

@SQUAHMANE @asimo3089 Arresting requires close range while killing cops is far range, unless cops get awarded bounties by simply wininng pvps without need to arrest, then cops have what crims have.

@SQUAHMANE @asimo3089 Yes but criminals are rewarded for simply robbing and win pvp fights by simply killing the opponenet and carry on robbing. Cops on the other hand gain nothing from winning pvp fights, only if they arrest in close range which is significantly more challenging than shooting far

@SQUAHMANE @asimo3089 Even today when bounties don't reset, its hard to find anyone with 20k bounties and even if you get the 20k bounties it has so less value for the time spent in pvp. In pvp crims are often advantaged
