Find it truly hard to believe that @shufflecom VIP service is not at the standard I thought it was.

Was told there’s a VIP host and not a group, missed out on Pre and Post monthly bonuses which they will not credit for me.

When I asked why I was not invited I was hit back with blame that I did not read the help centre and did not ask for the group invite link.

Honestly thought better of them, VIP feels no different from a normal user. Hope that @noahdummett can do something and credit the previous pre/post monthlies to VIP users who were eligible.
