@MumbaiRTO had caught rickshaw number MH02EW1265 from the airport at 1 AM today for a 4 kilometre ride back home. Turns out this autowala wanted ₹250 because he “voluntarily” waited in the rickshaw line at the CSTM airport. Please tell me how is this fair to the Mumbai public?

There is legit zero compassion, forget understanding my POV. At 1 AM, who would want to catch a rickshaw on the road? But all this driver wanted was money. He disagreed to start the meter, asking me a fixed amount. Did not stop for me to get off, neither did he slow down.
