My dog is really cute but soooo annoying (big and greedy) and so my friends will receive adorable images of him with the caption “700 MISSILES TO HIS LOCATION”

I’m almost 600 pages in and it’s really exciting, I’m enjoying the book a lot. In terms of formatting it almost feels like the 1840s version of a television show and I’m really excited to see how all the subplots will tie together in the end
I was confused by the perspective change to Franz and Albert in Rome but locked the fuck in as soon as I remembered that Albert was Fernand and Mercédès’ son
I love how you can tell that this book was written during the period where everyone in Europe was losing their goddamn minds over ancient Greco-Roman culture
@radi0lover Like imo the discussion of whether lesbians in the military are “butch” eclipses an actual discussion regarding the problems with the US military and the participation of queer people in it
@radi0lover It just feels like a “no true Scotsman” thing at this point. I feel like some people need to accept that they can do nothing to stop shitty people from going through life with the label of butch (regardless of whether or not they believe the person is a “true butch”)
