@newlook I have been trying to speak to someone for days and can only speak to a Bot and I am getting nowhere. I bought boots last winter which I have only worn a few times and they have split along the bottom of the sole. It’s impossible trying to speak to anyone!

Trying to change my Direct Debit date with @virginmedia after starting a new job… absolute joke. No other company has taken so long to do this. Advises you to do it online, then the links don’t work.
Why isn’t it simple? How are the older generation supposed to deal with this?
