@MCA21India Kindly design the Form accordingly. So when the non filing of INC 20A reason is chosen for strike off, then the point of providing SRN of MGT 14 will deactivate itself.

@MCA21India If a company defaults in filing of INC 20A, then system does not allow it to file any Form.
The same is also a reason for strike off u/s 248 .
In this case how to provide SRN of MGT 14...
This is the exceptional situation. Kindly design the Form accordingly.
