@Budget Yeah , do not trust this company ! They thrive on hidden fees and zero customer service . Check all their reviews . they basically robber close to 500.00 from my account without explanation , 250.00 deposit that should have been returned 2 days after car drop off but nothing yet

@Budget …you should be ashamed of how bad your customer service is. Thank you for leaving stranded on Alligator Alley. Through the kindness of strangers make to where I need to return the car. The people at YOUR counter to call customer service because that’s not problem.

@Budget Your business practices are a scam. Charging an excess waiver fee after your desk agent told us it was "included" in the pre booked price. Now your "customer service" refuse to refund as they claim I agreed to it!
