GSTR-9 & 9C filings upto 31st December are possible...

Belated & Revised ITR filings upto 31st December are possible...

But all of these tasks are NOT POSSIBLE if PORTALS DON'T FUNCTION!! 🤡

Due date extension is a necessity and not a demand right now!
Fix your portals @MCA21India @FinMinIndia so every professional can complete filings at any hour of the day! 🙏🏻

Dear MCA, how can you mislead people like this? Do you think CA and CS professionals are easily fooled?

Last year, you reported 7.70 lakh filings, and now you’re claiming it’s 8.13 lakh. But how did you overlook last year’s company registrations, estimated at around 1.2 to 1.8 lakh?

If your portal functioned properly, the total should be far above 8.13 lakh.

Claiming this as growth or an achievement while omitting the full truth is shameful.
