@LynsLot@AddisonLeeCabs Same issue - I booked last week for this morning. 30 mins after my collection time a driver still hadn’t been assigned. Cancelled trip and the return 😬😬 and this was on a corporate account which apparently gets prioritised.
@BloomandWild I know Mother’s Day is popular but charging extra to deliver on days leading up to it just reeks of ripping people off. I’ve just ordered deliveries (3 bouquets) from another company who are keeping their usual free delivery on the Friday and Saturday.
Just confirmed this with Lockside @TheLensbury - there was indeed just ONE yes ONE family swim slot available to members on 12/09. Rest of pool is for swimming lessons or lane swimming all day. Anyone else think this is crazy. Appreciate keeping everyone happy is hard but please

@ffeefifofum @heather_caine @sainsburys 😳 obviously I wouldn’t want any of their staff to be put at unnecessary risk but there has to be a way to make something work. 🤞 they have done something sensible like suspending bookings while they work out how to continue to support the most vulnerable
@heather_caine @sainsburys I really hope this is a glitch. Like you very regular customer, 1-2 deliveries a week for >6 years and in store before that. Plus delivery pass holder for years. Really hope I can get a slot as I’ve been sensible and not panic bought
@RunnersNeed accepting a click and collect order this morning for a store which has closed down (Waterloo Bridge) is extremely annoying. Wasted time going to collect and now don’t have my lovely new @on_running trainers :-(
