@virginmedia I have called three days in a row. No one can tell us what the fault actually is. We were told on Wednesday that it would be repaired Thursday morning. Now told it will be Monday. Inconvenience is an understatement when I need to work from home.
@virginmedia five days without broadband or tv. No sign of repairs taking place. No information from anyone and no effort made to provide data access. Is this what you think constitutes good customer service? #btherewecome
@virginmedia@AdamNKerr Been waiting five days for our outage to be repaired. Now told it won’t be done until 24th, which makes a full week of no broadband or tv. Don’t rely on @virginmedia to help.
