It’s ironic that @DesMoinesGov is breaking its own noise ordinance with a guy cutting concrete at 10pm in front of sleeping children’s windows because their construction work is behind and someone thought it’d be good to pour concrete at 6pm before a holiday weekend. 🤦🏽‍♂️
