@adamtipple@ausstockchick Thats not true at all. Plently of scenarios where a renter doesnt buy a rental property i.e. kids still living at home, divorce, share houses. To think it is a zero-sum game is just naive
@lululightcrypto@ausstockchick Thats not true at all. Plently of scenarios where a renter doesnt buy a rental property i.e. kids still living at home, divorce, share houses. To think it is a 1:1 trade off is just naive
@BulldogKing Pretty unfair. Has shown his best position is key back but isn't playing there as needed in other positions. We tried him as a forward, doesn't work. I would send him back and try something different forward as this isn't working
@SpachusAus Thank you. I just did a search for Melbourne up to $900,000 and I can't see one example of a property selling for less then the last time it sold so would love to start seeing some of these examples to gauge if this price point is going backwards like the top end we are seeing
@DogsBreakfastFC Agreed if he can't play ruck then don't play him. If he takes the field we assume he is right which makes the coaching moves for fans puzzling. All aus ruck not playing ruck and key defender in lobb not playing back. Seems to have lost this in the coaches box once again
@AnalystSceptic@MickamiousG Because not all first home buyers are renters, a lot still live at home with parents. So when one of these buys from an investor then yes it does reduce supply as that family in the rental needs to find a new rental and there is now one less on the market. Multiple that
@GoyRiseUp@MickamiousG Thats a very simple view. You do understand that not every first home buyer is a renter right? A lot still live with parents or in a rental with friends or family. Its not a one for one outcome
@parrapower2022@_mumbling_me It's a 1 bed apartment, tiny, washer and dryer in the bathroom next to the toilet, resell market is so small. Orginal price would have been OTP which is why OTP is never good with all the extra fees. Shows how all properties are not equal. Pool and gym so would be high strata too
@Trev__Says@TheVikingAussie You missed my point. If the first home buyer lives at home with their parents (not already renting) and buys a rental property it means -1 in the rental pool. This will effect existing renters i.e. the people kicked out of the rental property now has to find another rental
@Trev__Says@TheVikingAussie Doesn't work like that. First home buyers are also made up of people who still live at home with parents or in share houses with friends or other couples, they aren't always renting. Therefore there might be less renters but there will be even more rental properties gone
@gareth_dons@bulldoglegend@traderadio Point is everyone knew what a gun he was and he has shown it over and over again. Essendon were stubborn and it has bitten them. Would be pretty handy in that bombers midfield thats for sure
