@wardwilsey @BjjTip It’s definitely possible. But definitely easier on the underhook side, generally when you foot sweep from the under over position you are using the underhook/lat grip to move and off balance the upper body… 1/2

@wardwilsey @BjjTip And the over hook to lift them up and get weight on the toes so that you can sweep the foot. If there’s too much weight on the foot you’re trying to sweep then it just turns into a low kick and nothing happens. 2/3
