The chains you mentioned ETH, BNB, and SOL, all use the account model. Only Cardano uses the eUTXO model.

For those other chains to implement something like Hydra, they would have to change everything, which makes it nearly impossible. Over 99% of smart contract chains are based on the account model, and that's what makes Cardano so special.
