Would NOT recommend (whether you live in a *shudder* “low coverage area” or not)
Hey @DHLUS@DHLUSHelp - it was nice that you replied to my public post yesterday…but it’s been 36 hours and I’m not any closer to heading “in the right direction.”
What’s up?
Customer service story. 0/10
My @remarkablepaper turned out to be defective, within warranty, & was approved for replacement. @DHLUS never shows for the scheduled pick-up. @remarkablepaper solution for me? Use a drop point.
The closest drop point? 145 miles away.

@DHLUS@remarkablepaper@DHLUSHelp What will you do to help @remarkablepaper?
I have to think this is not how to intend to do business.
At this point, I regret ever purchasing your (defective) product & recommending it to others.
Looking like it might be time to cut and run to @OnyxBoox
@DHLUS@remarkablepaper@DHLUSHelp@remarkablepaper is absurdly anti-customer.
I can: travel 300 miles RT to Idaho for a @DHLUS drop point
Or
I can: pay to mail their defective product to a @DHLUS drop point at my own expense
I don’t live off the beaten path. I-90 cuts right through town (pop. ~80,000)
