After the endless summer, moving gently into September with openness and acceptance. This week sees a huge transition for so many of us, with return to work or school.
Looking forwards to re-opening our studio tomorrow and moving forwards & onwards both on Zoom & in the studio.
And that’s a wrap! Our summer series has been a joy.. the weather has certainly kept us on our toes with torrential rain & 55mph winds! But here’s proof that we did get outside to enjoy some wonderful time together & also on Zoom!

One final space available for our summer workshop tomorrow evening at 6pm taught by @Grace Sellwood. The class will use a theraband to look at ways of both stretching out and strengthening the shoulder- as well as the rest of the body.

We are going ‘old school’ with our Original 34 workshop outside on Thursday at 9.30am! Grace will guide us through the traditional classical exercises which began the Pilates revolution back in 1954. Expect a challenge & to finish sweaty but smiling!
