Tips to make meetings more inclusive when some folks join in groups from conference room (roomies) and some join from laptop (zoomies):
1) Don't use Zoom chat for discussion b/c roomies can't respond
2) Zoomies: turn on camera to speak
3) Roomies: identify yourself when speaking

I admit that I frequently create long or potentially contenious emails in Docs first so that i have time to thoughtfully wordsmith without accidentally sending before I'm finished. This is a nice feature!
