In part because I think it's lazy on their part and not my job to keep their client in the loop but also because I'd never want to be accused of breaching the rule
@aaronhoyland I hope that helps me too. I've always been a yo-yo dieter and so the idea of just going to the gym consistently with no end in sight, just because it's healthy, is kind of daunting.
