1. After 20yrs of age kids cannot be on dependent visa and must leave.

2. Green card queue has waiting for 100 yrs for Indians. No chance of merit based GC in lifetime.

3. Since USA born kids won’t be US citizens anymore, they can’t sponsor GC (dependent based) for their parents.

Net result, kids will be born and live for 20yrs in USA and will be kicked out to an India where they have never started .
People coming with high skills will remain on temporary visa through out the life .

My take, great for India . Let’s the reverse brain drain start.
