This problem happened due failed system & poor monitoring of #realestate. Hundreds of unsurclopus builders have diverting home buyers funds which should have been used for construction. Their is no over night solution for this.

Can’t get crazier than #DDA being a regulator while it’s also also a builder & builds shoddy homes! That’s the rediculous reality of #RERA. But some law is better than none & even if it takes years to get every builder & state body to be held accountable, we must not give up.
