More pics from an EPIC night in NYC seeing @rushtheband. This was our first time seeing Rush with our extended #RushFamily and we were blown away by the band and thrilled to hang with our friends. See you Saturday at #MSG!!
It will forever bother me that Sandlot gets grouped with other 90s youth sports underdog movies. It's so much more than that. It's one of the of the greatest coming-of-age movies of all time. It's not a baseball movie. It's a friendship movie.
I’ve watched this a dozen times already and I’ll watch it at least a thousand more. Anika Lilles absolutely crushing Neil Peart’s Tom Sawyer drum fill! And a little smile at the end.
@Steven_Hyden want to give you a major shoutout and thanks on your piece on Brian Dunne. He’s so good. Deep diving him got me into the super group Fantastic Cat. I’m the opposite-Hyden. Grew up in MN now live in Appleton. Seeing FC on Sunday at the Gibson Music Hall on College.
The Estate of Jack Kerouac has confirmed that the scroll manuscript for On the Road will be housed and publicly displayed in Lowell, Massachusetts, at the Jack Kerouac Center following its purchase by Zach Bryan at auction for $12.1 million.
Bryan also purchased the scroll manuscript for The Dharma Bums, along with a collection of Kerouac's personal letters, all of which will also go on display.
The Jack Kerouac Center, currently under construction, will be housed in the Saint Jean Baptiste Church building in the author's hometown of Lowell. The church, where Kerouac once served as an altar boy and where mourners gathered for his 1969 funeral Mass, was purchased by Bryan in 2025 to be converted into a museum.
