At this point, I mostly want to give up. Buying the phone makes it show on #Verizon that I have a phone, so I can't buy a new one till that resolves. #bestbuy can't ship me another phone apparently.

How is the system this broken and hard? Also, 3+hrs of "support" to this end.

Nov 2: Phone shows up on FedEx as "damaged"

Nov 6: Haven't heard anything. Contact #bestbuy again. Told the replacement didn't happen (without reason). Told I can wait 72 MORE hours to potentially receive a replacement or refund.
