Possible Celts quotes heading into Game 3
“We gotta establish our defensive identity from the first tip”
“Game 2 was a wake up call”
“We just gotta work harder on both ends”
Meanwhile Minnesota’s mentality is like, “We wanted to rip out their insides and piss on them.”
Am I the only one who was not satisfied with the Celtics in Game 1?
Started ferociously, then let the foot off the gas, to the point where a 30pt lead is cut in half in a matter of minutes.
They’re not killers. Can’t convince me otherwise and it will be their downfall.

Heat fans, congratulations. It was fun watching your guys shoot and dribble. We didnt have much of that and that was the difference. Happy for you guys and will be rooting for you verse Denver. However, they have players who shoot and dribble, too, so good luck
Oh yeah, it’s called DEFENSE. Knicks held Cavs to under 100 pts every single game of the series, well below their season avg.
Meanwhile, the Hawks averaging 115 in this series. 115?!? I’m done.
@ChrisForsberg_ Please remind the team that when they keep the opposition to low 80’s going into the mid 4th we win! Please remind them that DEFENSE GOT THEM THIS WIN AND MAKES THEM SPECIAL!
I’m done watching this Celtics team. Y’all learned nothing from last yr
No defensive mentality - coach
Lack of late game execution - coach and players
No sense of urgency - players
No dogs on this team - Grant sorry but you’re not allowed to talk. Didn’t Steph teach you nothing?
How many more 115 games will we see from the @celtics this postseason?
If your number is more than 1 that means you think they’ll make it to the ECF. Not if they continue to play like this!
