Travelled on Vistadome Express 15888 (29-11-25, GHY–NHLG). IRCTC rate is ₹40 for breakfast, but staff forced banana+Frooti and charged ₹140. This is pure overcharging scam. Also refused to provide bills.

Appointment was made 20th for agent visit for claim settlement, but till date no agent came.
