SB 612 Update! SB 612 was sent to Governor Newsom on September 11. He has 12 days to sign or veto the bill, so we should know the bill’s fate by the end of week. (If he does neither by deadline, the bill will automatically become law.) We will update you as soon as we know more.

Update on SB 612! The bill passed off the Assembly Floor this morning. It now goes back to the Senate for a floor vote to concur in the amendments that were made to the bill in the Assembly. Senate floor vote will take place within the next 3 weeks.
