@clarkshelp Very disappointing Customer Svc. Loyal for 20yrs. Paid 15€ for fast shipping but shoes I needed quickly were refunded w/o advance notice. Wouldn't have paid express for the other pair. 1 rep said I'd get refund after arrival of non-urgent pair. Request now refused!
