In Alberta we have the ability to litigate, which ultimately drives up costs (Lawyers win) in Sask litigation is very rare almost non existent because of how the product is sold. Education is same nationally

Are you aware the Insurance Companies are regulated by Alberta Gov and can make no more than 7% profit in auto insurance. Majority of companies have profited less than 1% in last 2 to 3 yrs.
