TodayvI have 3 marks on my arm. 3 marks in 28 days! Thats a huge win for me & that can be huge hope for you.
#BellLetsTalk. The talk starts with you. Ask yourself "am I okay?" You can lie to others-don't lie to you. The fight starts now.

Pauline and I agree, people are far more willing to open up about their struggles with mental illness. There’s been a huge shift since #BellLetsTalk began. Yet the need to raise funds for proper supports is as important as ever. The stigma also persists. Join the conversation!
In memory of my daughter,Alicia, who died by suicide 7yrs ago today, I ask for better funding for mental health care to:
1) Reduce entry requirements and wait-times.
2) Provide more continuity of necessary care for severe chronic mental illness.
God bless sweetie.#BellLetsTalk
Talking about suicide is amongst the toughest things we can do. On this #BellLetsTalk please know- sharing suicidal thoughts with family and friends is not a betrayal of those who love you. Sharing them is an act of trust & love.

Let’s talk, Canada!!
It is okay to not be okay ... and you are NOT alone.
Time to do-away with stigmas and support one another with compassion, understanding, and open minds.

Love you dad! ❤️❤️
Our communications bureau is receiving numerous calls to 9-1-1, complaining about the late hour of the Amber Alert. As a direct result of someone receiving the alert, we were able to locate the suspect & his vehicle. The system works. Thank you to all those that called with tips.
Today is National Caregiver Day. Did you know that between 40-50% of people with schizophrenia live with their families? Today, we want to shine a spotlight on all of those who dedicate their lives for those living with schizophrenia and psychosis. https://t.co/v66OAMzbmR
