While filing form #PAS3 for Bonus Issue, the portal is mandatorily asking for SRN of MGT-14, even though in case of a Private Limited Company, MGT-14 is not required for filing of board resolution / Ordinary Resolution

Unable to file LLP Forms 3 and 4 due to the above technical error persisting for more than a week. The error is generic in nature and does not pertain to any specific user input hence raising a ticket on the MCA portal is not serving any practical purpose. @HelpdeskMCA21V3

We are continuously working on filings and, at the same time, awaiting an official extension so that even belated clients can take comfort that the Government is listening to genuine concerns.

However, the MCA portal has been facing technical issues since morning, affecting smooth filings. We respectfully request the MCA to extend the due date and ensure that the portal remains stable and fully functional, so compliances can be completed without undue hardship.
