It's great that rather than resolving the issues with legacy participants in the VA caregiver program so we can reduce stress and get the bump in tier to equal pay, they instead send us goodie bags with magnets and water bottles.

I did not wrestle, which I regret as my hometown has a great heritage, but if we'd been fortunate enough to have more children, they would have whether boy or girl.

As I've aged and witnessed the long term results, wresting is the ultimate sport for youth imo.

Can't speak to your situation but when I played most of the baseball team were also football players and given the choice, Friday night lights would have won out and baseball would likely have died.

I get the idea but that's a hard sell to schools with football imo.

This one is hitting me hard.

I watched his movies with my old man and countless episodes of Walker with mom and now, they're all just a memory.

He brought so many into martial arts and fitness, including me, and his impact will be felt far beyond today.

RIP legend. 🫡
