A4: I’m going to go get my nails done, go get my cars oil changed like I’ve been putting off, and set reminders on my phone to rest and relax! #teachermyth
A3: once my summer course is finished, I’ll be able to completely focus on my summer camp kiddos. Having one thing to do rather than multiple will be much easier for me to relax when going home from work at the end of the day! #teachermyth
A2: when I notice myself not being able to focus within the classroom or being able to work on teacher things, is when I know I need to step back and give myself a break, either a 2-3 minute bathroom break, a quick pep talk on my lunch break, etc! #teachermyth
A1: definitely relaxing when I can, taking time for myself by getting my nails done, spending time with my friends and family, and tuning off my “teacher” mode when I get home from work! #teachermyth
A4: I was definitely one to just do the minimum to pass courses throughout early high school. I wish I could have shaken myself and realized how silly it was. Encouraging students that working hard now, can help/pay off for their future jobs, education, and plans. #pln365
A2: this ones tough for me, we use the Brigance at the beginning, middle, and end of the school year. The questions I would ask are the ones required and also some basic questions to check for an understanding of their time in my Montessori classroom. #pln365
A1: I would say share your experiences and offer as much advice and references as you can! Supporting each other in the education world is just as important as in the real world! #pln365
