@MicrosoftHelps for the second year in a row, despite cancelling my card I have been charged for a Microsoft subscription that is not mine and for the second year in a row it is impossible to get anyone from Microsoft to speak to in person. I have been waiting 3+ weeks.
@HMRCcustomers I did that and adjusted it three weeks ago but have not seen any change and am currently now overpaying as a result. When will this be checked?
@HMRCcustomers my tax code was changed in September, I updated my details 3 weeks ago online to change it back. When should this change back be confirmed or when should I hear from someone if there is an issue changing it back?
@HMRCcustomers Under ‘Select tax year’ I see the breakdown of dates (issued on down to received on) but do not see the grey button “View Return” which shows on other years
@hotelscomhelp who can I contact to discuss an issue I’ve had twice now / make a complaint? Your virtual agents tell me there is no such team for this and send me to an independent conflict resolution body.
@UberUKsupport pretty shocking that you almost doubled the price of my last ride AFTER the ride was complete. You didn’t even notify me during the trip. Wouldn’t have taken the uber at the new price that I never agreed to pay.
