Unable to file 1 form with MCA21 since 5 days whereas in October of every year we file dozens of Form everyday..what an efficiency improvement? Govt is targetting additional fee collection by not allowing to report in time. In peak month the site is at its worst...@MCA21India

Closing the ticket by stating the issue as it is will not lead to solution, pl understand. Helpdesk is seen to be tired of our follow up for resolution.

@MCA21India Hw many SRN's are pending with CPC for approval? Is it really working? 50-60 dys to get appr. of MGT 14, SH 7, INC 24, 27 etc is justifiable? Co's are missing timelines as appr. are getting delayed and whom to blame if non compliance is caused due to delayed processing by CPC?

SRN AA6864977, matter is pending with ROC since 3-4 yr, submitted with affidavit and merely making rejection comments that concern dept vl take up is not the required resolution. Co is suffering as the concerned cell is malfunctioning. After multiple submissions CRF was lodged.

@FCSJigarShah @HelpdeskMCA21V3 Can't understand why they are not processing capital related forms in a time bound manner either it's SH 7 or MGT 14.... Many corporates are suffering and unable to complete the allotment, funds are lying unutilised since so many days.

Pl resolve tickets of NON STP forms rather than re stating well known facts on here.

@vivekhegade @poonamlashwani @MCA21India @icsi_cs @PMOIndia @nsitharaman PAS 3 asks for the approved SRN of MGT 14 so unless it is approved one Return of allotment can't be filed. If it can be then there is no issue if they approve at any time at a later date.

@MCA21India approval of MGT 14 in timely manner is much needed to fasten linked processes like share allotment. Many forms are under processing since last many days at CRC. Attention is needed for reducing approval time in such https://t.co/kvtZkMQjzP ROC level it was Max 7 days.
