KECOSCE collaborated with @IPOA_KE during its Board Strategic Engagement Forum with both state and non-state actors. The forum provided a platform for insightful contributions to shape the next six-year strategic plan. Civil society organizations (CSOs) and security stakeholders, including @NPSOfficial_KE, engaged in constructive discussions and proposed priority concerns for the effective execution of IPOA’s mandate in enhancing public trust and police professionalism. The Coast @CSONetwork presented a memorandum capturing both major and minor community concerns, along with actionable recommendations. The current IPOA Board reaffirmed its commitment to collaboration with both state and non-state actors.

The Youth Thematic @CSOsNetwork003 held its first annual meeting to review last achievements, identifying gaps, adress challenges faced and highlighting priorities for 2025, which include the Finalisation of the Youth Policy and enhancing youth-responsive budgeting, and advocacy
