Iran war powers resolution was approved by the House on its fourth attempt this year, 215-208. Four Republicans Barrett (MI), Davidson (OH), Fitzpatrick (PA) and Massie (KY) voted with all Democrats. The resolution by Foreign Affairs Committee Ranking Member Gregory Meeks (D-NY) would block future U.S. military action against Iran without Congressional approval.
