@akmaciver @AnasSarwar 1/2 The Mayors/ Provosts element of the ‘debate’ is dispiriting - I remember when @csppscotland we ran an event on #DirectlyElectedMayors in Holyrood and it was boycotted by MSPs who didn’t like the name, rather than engage in debate on their form and function 🤦🏻‍♂️
