@SUBWAY@SubwayListens I recently got cheated and yelled by Subway staff at S Mt.Juliet Rd, TN.
This is when I questioned about a wrong charge. There is no response to my Restaurant experience feedback also.
Do you guys really Listen ?Do you guys care about Customer Experience ?
RUDE Behavior from Subway staff at Mt.Juliet,TN #51461-0
While placing order, my thirsty 4yo took a glass of little water and retook as she spilled. We were charged for 2 fountain drinks for 1 sip of water.
On top the staff shouted and spoke rudely when enquired about the charges

and the customer service @gfl@wasteindustries is bad. The particular agent I dealt with is the worst ever with no action or reaction to customers concern.

I’m trying to understand WHY you guys miss my home every time.
I already piled up 3 additional bags and don’t have anymore space.

it has been the worst customer service.. dealing with your agent is another Nightmare..for more than 2 months now and my new born is also made to suffer in heat because of AHS.

When I asked them if they are expecting a different result, they mentioned they want to try
@AHS_Warranty It’s frustrating to deal with AHS .. it’s been now over a month that you guys made me stay in the heat.. My lil baby already started getting rashes.. Do you guys ever take responsibility for the issues your customer face or do you only grab money fro them???

After paying $600 and waiting for 2 weeks I finally received the part that AHS ordered for me ..
Guess what as always you guys made a mistake and ordered a wrong compressor ..
I’m still without a HVAC for 15 days now ..
