Spoke to one more customer care person... shocking part is they don’t have product dispatch updates from the suppliers whether he has dispatched or not after 7 days if wait ... incredibly sad for the system in place by @Flipkart

@Flipkart your Customer service don’t respond just keep call on hold and simply disconnect and send a message that we were trying to reach but not available... wow #CustomerService don’t have information about the product trace where it is and no idea of delivery timing
