@IndiGo6E can't keep up with the business travelers! They say one thing, but its totally different at the airport. On Mar 1st I was scheduled to fly on 6E6043 HYD-DEL at 13:30 hrs, I was checked in w/Boarding pass and was there to drop-off bags 60min prior to departure.
@IndiGo6E Yes, the second agent was very helpful, but had to charge 7,000 to book me on the next flight. Which got delayed for departure, and hence the knock-on effect.
@IndiGo6E I was at the counters 60 minds prior to the departure and with a boarding pass. If the counter agent had some patience, he'd have made it work!
service line only to have no response. Finally, when I did manage to speak to someone at the airport, they said I am considered no show and my ticket value is 0. Is it my fault if JAL cannot staff its call center and has 2 hours waiting before they disconnect? #NeverJALagain
I missed my international connection which was a loss of another 3,000 USD. Way to go @IndiGo6E squeeze the little guy, but the flight and the time of all its passengers is wide open to accommodate apparently a non complying, perhaps an influential flyer. #IndiNeverGo
The @IndiGo6E staff flexed the back and found this passenger a window seat and only then did the flight take off! Great service for someone influential maybe? They are unfit for the busy business travelers!
