SRN M26987137 for appointment of Designated Partner is pending for approval since 11 june 2022.

@MCA21India portal is throwing glitches and hence companies, professionals not able to upload annual filing and other forms.

Even yesterday someone faced issue when they downloaded form AOC4 XBRL. I shared one available with me me, re-filled it, arrange for DSC all over again and it got filed.

Seems some bug with #AOC4XBRL download link

@MCA21India portal crashed on 29th 30th. People r uploading forms today with late fees. We r okay to pay the late fees, since in India we r used to pay over and abv the actual fees to the Govt. but we still want extn to not fall in non-compliance/late filer category @FinMinIndia
