🚨 NEW: The campaign trying to gut Arizona’s ESA program has some serious questions to answer.

An amended lawsuit alleges that its signature-gathering operation used petition circulators with serious felony convictions, including sexual abuse of a minor, involuntary manslaughter, kidnapping, assault, and drug-related offenses. The lawsuit argues that signatures collected by legally ineligible circulators must be disqualified.

Save Our Schools and the teachers unions constantly lecture ESA families about fraud, abuse, safety, and accountability.

But where was their vetting?

Who approved this signature operation?

How did people with criminal histories like these end up representing a campaign that claims to “protect education”?

They are desperate to destroy school choice, and Arizona parents deserve answers.
