MCA site is not responding while annual filing and challan payment is literally impossible.

If this is going on after due date huge penalties will be the result.

Many times instead of payment challan “Apologies” are generated.

Today is the last day to file AOC-4 else attracting penalty of ₹100/- per day tomorrow. Still the MCA is not functioning. Is this the services for which the fees are paid to mca. Poor service

1. KYC now costs Rs 5000/-
2. DPT3 has 12 times penalty now
3. LLP 8 & 11 has huge penalties
4. MGT-7 runs in thousands
5. Annual filing of OPC also has huge penalties
