@Rinnai So unfortunately our brand new model 160 is fried and we have no hot water coming up on the Christmas holiday. The warranty replacement has been approved but apparently you can't get one to us until the new year which is appalling customer service.

And the warranty service provider can install it tomorrow. I don't understand why your company is willing to let your customer, with a brand new piece of equipment that has failed in less than a year due to faulty parts, go through the Christmas holiday with no hot water
