Looks like I will have to call again and relive this nightmare all over again with another customer service rep who says that it’s under review and someone will be in touch
5 weeks under review and no one has been in touch. As a sales manager, if I treated my customers like this, I would be fired.

My little mom loved her KIA. As she laid dying from pancreatic cancer @KiaCanada issued recall for engine failure. They knew it was faulty - 30k+ new engines. Mom died and left her car to her only granddaughter. We did not see these recalls. Her car quit at 100k km. Cont in reply

‘Cont- she took good care of her car and we got all her oil change records and included ours. KIA Barrie tried to help and said we should be good - we were rejected. I have appealed and no answer and no further ahead telling them the same story of my dying mother every week…

I am beside myself in grief - @KiaCanada knows there was a problem and not owning up to it - the car sits at KIA Barrie no one is helping me. No return messages and I’m still paying insurance on it and my daughter does not have her car gifted by her grandmother.
