Family tax policy - specifically joint income tax returns. Not a Trump policy. Has been in place in the USA since the 1940s.

Reducing government waste - a common theme is USA politics since Thomas Jefferson in the early 1800's. Not a new thing invented by Trump.

Free speech - another one not Trump. Heard of the first amendment? 15/12/1791. Did you know that the USA is the highest level of freedom of speech in the world.

Water- Trump focus was consumer rules not water scarcity. Different countries, different policy requirements.

Jobs and infrastructure- similar and not a bad thing. Totally in favour of jobs for Australians. Are you not?

Housing- to say that a moratorium on GST is a Trump policy is simply absurd. The USA doesn't have a GST and the US President doesn't have the power to control state taxes. It's how their tax system works.

Cost of living- another absurd comparison. US states control much of the energy pricing and infrastructure. Again, different country different needs different policy levers.

Citizen initiated referenda- Trump has never suggested this and changes to the USA constitution are not decided by the people via a direct vote.

Climate- hotly debated and on this Trump and One Nation agree. The economic cost to Australia of emission targets when we only produce 1.3% of emissions globally does not outweigh the benefit to the planet. If we really wanted to impact emissions we should stop selling coal to Asia or up the price.

I have taken a hard look at what I'm supporting and an equally hard look at the alternatives including communist Albo.

Argentina has a population of 45 million and a debt of 650 million dollars. Australia has 28 million and a debt of a trillion dollars. This doesn't include state debt. Goverment spending in Australia is out of control.
