I have completed Unit 4 of @EvidenceInEdu's Science of Learning Programme. In this Unit I have developed understanding of planning, implementation and evaluation of whole school / college improvement informed by the science of learning.

@smashEDITT Yes - saw that in the article by @englishspecial - very interesting, but just don't think we have the capacity at the moment. Though the work on 'warm retrieval' looks especially relevant to my current school improvement focus.

For us, each of our subject schemes were initially divided into 3 or 4 threads using the term (probably incorrectly) Threshold Concept. This is just a legacy term in my school. Apologies for confusion.

@solomon_teach Snap - shivering lasted a few hours then just felt a bit rubbish for a couple of days. I had no effects from jabs 1 & 2.
